Bookings:
Your bookings must be paid in full by a valid credit card at the time of booking. In case card holder is not the customer, hotel will require photo of ID upon check-in.
Check-In and Check-Out times:

Cancellation and/or Non Arrival (NoShow):
- Cancellation and amendment can be made up to 48 hours prior to the day of arrival. Any cancellation or amendment made after this time, the total price of first night will be charged. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out.

Children Policy:
- Children: under 12 years old.
- 01 child under 12 years old sharing bed with parents is free of charge but if over 6 years old: subject to a breakfast of USD 6.
